On February 16, the Northfield Historical Society presents, “Carleton College: The Past Fifty Years of Change and Growth,” a talk by Cliff Clark.
An overview of the changes at Carleton College and in town-gown relations over the past 50 years, this program will examine how higher education has been transformed with the emergence of new majors in computer science, women’s studies, and film studies as well as by the growth of the college, the creation of the Weitz Center, and the acquisition of houses in the East Side Neighborhood.
