Annual Meeting Saturday, March 5

Friends and members of the Northfield Historical Society are invited to attend the NHS annual meeting at the Northfield Golf Club. Reservations are required - cost is $20 per person. Call 645-9268.

A 5:30 social hour/cash bar will be followed by a 6:30 dinner buffet. Keynote speaker, Jim Blaha, will talk about the Immigrant Experience, Making History Today. Earl Weinmann will be recognized as Volunteer of the Year and say a few words about the new Middle School/Historical Society Museum at Northfield Middle School.

A short business meeting will follow with recognition of departing board members, and election of officers and new board members. Dan Freeman will then fill us in on the Sesquicentennial Celebration and Mark Fagerwick will conclude the evening with a look at amazing changes just around the corner at the Northfield Historical Society!
