Northfield to be featured on TPT's Hand's on History program Thursday

TPTOn Thursday October 25, at 8:30 p.m. Northfield will be featured on Twin Cities Public Television's (TPT) Hand's on History Program.  The program was filmed at the end of July and after months of editing and research the program is ready to air!

The half-hour program will look into Northfield's early history, with some of the early movers and shakers in town.  The program is then divided up into looking at four other aspects of Northfield history; Carleton and St. Olaf College, Malt-O-Meal and the failed raid of 1876 by the James-Younger Gang.

So get out a bucket of popcorn and sit down and watch the history of Northfield on Thursday.
