Where else can you look over Native American artifacts, look at all the mills between Faribault and Northfield, and even stand next to John North? Well the Northfield Historical Society.
The "Founding of Northfield" exhibit is complete!! This brand new permanent exhibit will chronicle the founding of this glorious town! It follows John and Ann North's arrival in 1855 and their departure. The exhibit then follows the development of the town after North and the founding of the colleges. This is beautiful exhibit and should be viewed by every Northfielder! The grand opening and thank you to volunteers for this exhibit will be August 17 at 7:00 p.m. Free to Northfield Historical Society Members and $2.00 for non-members.
