4th of July Schedule

The wait is over; the schedule for this year’s 4th of July festival is up! There will be food, music and of course fireworks! This year’s 4th of July will start on July 3rd with Siobhan Meehl, Sonicate and Books and Stars. Finally the 3rd closes down with Down Lo!

Sliver Stars Win!

Silver Stars silence the Roosters in vintage base ball game
The Northfield Silvers Stars defeated the Rochester Roosters 18-3 in a vintage baseball game last Saturday at the Dundas Sesquicentennial celebration.

The Northfield Historical Society is featured in the July/August issue of Midwest Living Magazine. Now for those of you that know what Midwest Living is, you might find this a little odd.
Division Street Amusments

Come on down to the Northfield Historical Society Thursday, June 14th at 6:30 to see the brand new exhibit developed by a Carleton College Class. The exhibit is titled Division Street Amusements Moviegoing Experience in Historic Downtown Northfield, 1910-1917 The exhibit looks at early movie culture in Northfield.
